The specifications for Sednterp were originally designed by Thomas M. Laue, Bhairavi D. Shah, Theresa M. Ridgeway and Sandra L. Pelletier. Their work is described in Ref. 59.
Dr. David Hayes used these specifications to design the first version of Sednterp using Visual Basic.
Dr. John Philo added many features and some private copyrighted code.
This version was finished as a collaboration of Dr. Laue, Dr. Philo, and Dr. Hayes with useful input from various beta testers including Geoff Howlett.
