Viscosity

Viscosity is the measurement of resistance to bulk fluid flow. High viscosity indicates a thick substance like motor oil. Low viscosity indicates a very fluid substance. Viscosity is very dependent on temperature in water and most other fluids. Viscosity is measured in units of poise.
